Shipping Policy
Shipping address is always related to the way you are paying. Please read the payment policies carefully before paying. We will ship your package after payment has been verified and cleared.
Sonilco.com will ship only to a customer’s own private shipping address. We cannot ship to freight forwarders, mail forwarders or any forwarding agent, and need to ship directly to you, and promise to match the cheapest offer!
Packages of high value require a signature upon delivery (in accordance with PayPal & Credit Card processor requirements). Please make sure you are at the ship to address to sign for the package. If you paid with PayPal we will ship to your PayPal confirmed address. Please see the Payment policies for more details.
The carrier will send the package back to us after 3 unsuccessful attempts to deliver; if this happens you will be charged additional shipping charge of double the shipping cost (the cost of shipping back and forth).
You cannot choose the carrier and we cannot use the customer's account to ship an item. We cannot reroute a shipment after it has left the warehouse.
Please make sure that someone is available to sign for your package at the ship-to address. We cannot add special instructions note for the carrier. The carrier will arrive at the ship-to address and you will have to sign for the package.
If your package was damaged during transit a claim needs to be filed with the carrier. You must keep the box and all packing material for the carrier to inspect. Please call us if you have questions.
Please note: an up to date phone number is required. Please make sure your info includes a valid phone number.
Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance is optional and not included. When shipped with USPS there is no guarantee for a tracking number that works. We may ship to P.O. Box’s.
Domestic Shipping
The shipping cost stated is valid only for the 48 contiguous US states. All buyers from Hawaii, Alaska and US territories around the globe please call us for shipping info and quote.
Expedited shipping and handling are available.
Please contact us if you want to expedite the shipment.

Handling Time
We need a minimum of 1 business day for processing and handling of orders, regardless of the shipping method you choose. This policy holds for express shipping options as well.
Delivery time
We guarantee up to 10 business days for delivery of the package (Saturday, Sunday and national holidays are not business days).
We will email you once we ship the package to you. Delivery time does not include handling time of 1-2 business days which may vary, especially during peak periods.
International Shipping
International customers are welcome! We currently offer shipping to over 100 countries, please contact us for shipping info.
Please read the above General Shipping Policies and also note: A valid phone number is required for all orders. It is required for shipping and may be used for payment verification. We cannot write the package as a gift.
In some cases we can declare a lower value for customs - please contact us for details.
International buyers are responsible for any and all customs, duties taxes and brokerage fees. Canadian buyers that choose express shipping get the brokerage service for free. Please contact your local customs office with further inquiries in this issue.
We assume no responsibility with respect to any tariffs, duties, or any and all other charges requested or required by destination countries.
Every international shipment might be delayed by destination country authorities. If your package is delayed by customs you will have to call your local customs office to find out what is holding it. We have no way of giving you better information when a package is delayed by customs. Customs delays, if occur, are not part of stated delivery times.

Please enter your zip code to ensure you are within the free shipping guidelines of our primary shipping carrier. Out of area surcharges are mandatory surcharges set by the shipping carrier which are added on top of curbside delivery as well as white glove delivery methods.

If you refuse a package, you are responsible for shipping & handling fees to and from your location.
The carriers that ship our packages DO NOT refund us the shipping cost's; therefore We DO NOT refund shipping and handling both ways if you refuse the package. This is an added delivery service and ranges in price.
Returns
All returns must be accompanied by a Sonilco.com Return Authorization Merchandise Number a.k.a. RMA#. Please contact our customer service division during our listed customer service hours.
All merchandise must be returned in its supplied packaging.
All supplied manufacturers accessories are included in original factory packaging.
Original manufacturer’s warranty cards and paperwork must be blank.
All returned merchandise must be unregistered.
Orders returned without a valid RMA number will be refused and returned back at the shippers expense
Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee not more than 50%.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. (Including all refused and unaccepted packages).
On all returned/refused package that were shipped out with free shipping, the actual shipping charge that was paid to ship out the order is non-refundable, and may be deducted from the return amount.
All refused packages will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Refunds will be issued within 4-5 Business Days from time of return merchandise and may take up to a week to be reflected back on the credit card. However, most times, refunds show up within 1 – 2 business days.
Cancellations
Order Change / Cancellation:
You may request to change or cancel an order ONLY by Contact US or phone (NOT BY EMAIL) as long as it has not been shipped. Notifying us of an order change or cancellation via email is not recommended, as we may not get to your request in time. Please contact our Customer Support line at to request a change or cancellation.
If your order was shipped before you requested a cancellation or before any changes could be made, you can refuse delivery and we will refund you for the purchase less our shipping and processing cost.
If the order payment was through check or money order, we will refund you by check after 21 business days following the receipt of your check or money order.
Please understand that we are happy to reinstate an order once it has been cancelled. However, keep in mind, your new order is subject to current availability and pricing. Due to the manufacturer market changes, we cannot and do not guarantee pricing what so ever.
